Rebuild or New Turbo

I found out that i have two bent fins on my turbo and i was wondering if i should do a rebuild with a WW2 or just buy a new turbo thinking about the D66 or Turbo Thruster II. I dont think there is any wear on the housing and shaft seems to be fine but i know i would like to do some injector and HPOP upgrades. Thanks

Me, I'd put in a take out wheel from an OBS or SD for now. But...it sounds like you want to upgrade, so do that.

I'd do injectors, HPOP, turbo, and tunes all at once, personally. Then see if fuel can keep up.

edit: I have a good OBS wheel I was gonna place on Ebay if you go that route.
