Ok you have to tell us how many miles are on the clutch. As for water/meth from the list of your mods I see no reason for it yet. As for 18k and 10k mods, forget about them. The custom tuning you will get with your tw chip will render those useless anyways. Also what intake are you running. I take it your already running the 3.5" dp with 4inch exhaust.

The next step would be fuel system, but before you do that you have to find out do you have the 15hpop or the 17hpop. If you have the 15hpop upgrade to the 17hpop and then get stage 1 injectors, also I am not sure if your truck has an intercooler on it or not. If not then I would get one as well. From there you can look at airdog fuel system or fass fuel system. Don't forget the gauges EGT and Boost as well. Being you have a manual trans no real need for Trans temp gauge.

Injectors actually help mpg if you keep your foot out of it. Being an OBS truck you most likely have the 15 degree hpop

What is your PCM code, then you'll know if you have split shot or single injectors.
Veggie oil should be fin as long as its filtered to 5 microns.
The HPOP is a High Pressure Oil Pump which is used to run your injectors. The 17° pump have a higher pressure output than the 15° pump. The 17° pump is what the newer 7.3 trucks have.
For other things you can do the IDM mod (Injector Driver Module), CCV mod (Crank Case Ventilation) & FPR Shim (Fuel Pressure Regulator).
Good Luck!
