AEM is a really good intake, cheaper than the AFE and other high priced ones and it looks really good too.

Pretty debatable topic.
tymar/diy intake- best bang for the buck
afe stg2- best buck for the bang
I have the afe and think its a pretty sweet set-up. Just my opinion though

Volant air cold intake is great! It looks great under the hood. I like to closed box system, too. Sound is awsome. But not to overbearing.

I would really like to see a dyno comparison between the tymar and all the leading aftermarkets. With the zoodad accompanying the tymar, I cant see how they could be much better.

AFE stage 2 is what i run on my modded truck, tymar knockoff on the other. IMO AFE is the best for max performance, but no way will it add 20+ hp.

I agree on the dyno comparison. DP did a similar thing on a 5.9 CR Cummins with I think 6 different brands, but there are so many of them out there now it would be very time consuming to put each offering on each of the 3 diesels and dyno test them too....
