Hpop questions ??

I have a 1995 7.3 and I was really leaning toward an adrenalin hpop but when I went to purchase one they said they didn't carry it for my year can any one give me some more suggestions on an hpop ?

SRP and Terminator Engineering make HPOPs for your truck but T. Engineering (I think) requires you to send yours first. 94.5 and 95's have a different front geardrive cover and they use a different HPOP. If you ever have the motor out and access to the front end swap it with a 96-03 front cover.

I thought that 95.5s actually had the newer front cover is that true? Im pretty sure mine is a 95.5 but i have no other obs truck to compare the front covers. That would be something to look at. The 1995 is a mutt era of lots of oil system changes

Yep, not a date. Engine SN# 216543 was the last of the old timing covers. If your engine is lower than this then you have a old timing cover.

OP, look around the oil filter on the block that is where the serial number is. You only need to see the last 6 numbers.

Pat, I have a form of Aspergers Syndrome. Sort of an extremely high functioning human with tons of anti-social behaviors. We live in our own world. My thing is numbers/math/puzzles/and relations (like how things compare to others). This is why I am seen as kind of an a**hole around here. Kris used to live down the freeway a bit from me but I never met up with him, couldn't handle meeting someone new. Can't even talk to him on the phone. Text, email, formum all day long but don't use my phone for talking. I hate groups, and when I find something I like I never change from that again. I actually get mad when my wife changes slightly a recipe that I like. I'm not the easiest person to get along with...

We've always offered it.

OP, I don't know who you spoke with here at DIESELSITE, but we most certainly carry a pump for you and I am so sorry you got incorrect information.

Simply choose the 94-95 option from the drop-down box when you add it to cart.
This model is a little different as it requires the anti-drainback and it will come with the correct mounting gasket and o-rings. It also has the perk of being able to use the 96-03 style IPR (I believe the 94-95 gets really pricey).
