HEAVY towing with hybrids ?

Getting ready to finish a bunch of work on the truck. I've already got a built trans, h2e, sd intercooler, finishing e fuel and gauges. I'm thinking 238/100 hybrids from rosewood with head studs, springs and push rods. My concern is that I sometimes tow 20-25k (35ft gooseneck with 20 big round bales). I'd like to know what you guys think, and if I should instead go with a 160/80 injector, or if with good tuning the hybrids would be ok.

no worries at all, just make sure your tuner knows you are going to be towing. That h2e will keep plenty of air flowing to them

Agreed. It's all in the tuning.

I talked to Tony at Total Diesel Performance yesterday. Told him what I wanted to do, and he gave me the thumbs up on the 238/100 hybrids. I ordered a 6 position chip from him. Today I ordered the injectors from Jim at Rosewood Diesel. Hopefully I'll have the truck running after next weekend.

Update on the truck.
Got the truck running with the 238/100 injectors. It tows like a beast. 30k lbs + and only 1000 degrees EGT. I have also surprised a lot of 6.0 owners who thought they would leave me in their dust at the traffic lights. This thing rocks. Huge difference from stock to stage 3 sticks.

You did what I want to do. Fully build it all and be able to tow rather than hot rod around. Got vids??
