Yes it does.

You just need to feed power to one side of it and ground to the other. I don't recall off the top of my head which side of the pin gets the power but if you have a volt meter you can find out. Go to napa and get the 2 pin weather pack connectors along with the assosiated pins. You will also need a diode that you can get from radio shack. Make a T harness so that one will plug into the factory wire harness and the other into the EBPV connector. You need to make sure you hook the diode in on the engine whire harness side or it will backfeed the power from the brake to the PCM when you have the brake on and this will not let the engine die if you take the key out if you have the brake on. Then you just need to run the wire from the T to a power source. You can either just have it on a switch so it's on or off or you can do like what I used to do and mount a small rocker switch on the throttle pedal that would activate it when you let off the throttle just like an actual Jake brake would work. Some would wire them to the brake lights but that's not a good idea. If you touch the brakes your TC will unlock and it won't be very effective. Also the whole point is so that you don't have you use your service brakes to begin with. Just make sure you shut if off when you use your cruise control or it will come on when you let off of the throttle and your EGTs will go through the roof!
