Intercooler

I just got a 97 7.3 and I have my stock intercooler off my 6.4 and was wondering if I could mount it on the 7.3 ? Just wanted to see if anyone has tried this or if it would even work

Problem with the 6.4 intercooler is the pipe location, being a top and bottom set up, it can be done but you are going to have to fab up some very good pipes to make it work

I guess I should just get a 6.0 intercooler and use it then

Of an all aluminum 7.3 one, although I never had a problem with the plastic end caps like people told me
