1995 7.3l tweak help

I recently bought a 1995 F-350 powerstroke for 4800$ from what I can tell everything is factory but the previous owner says he did some transmission work im not sure what though. The only thing I have done is straight pipes and a 6" tip. I want to really start to tweak and upgrade my truck for extra horsepower but im not sure where to start on an old ford like this since my last truck I bought brand new in 2005 and its a dodge ram 3500. If you could help thatd be great, the truck runs real good.

the basics are downpipe, intake, gauges, chip. (i would do them in that order). then it can be as wild as you want it. fuel systems, High pressure oil pumps, injectors, turbo, intercooler, trans upgrades, pushrods/valve springs/headstuds

what are you looking for out of your truck?

94.5 F250 Reg Cab 4x4 5 speed 4.10 276000 plus miles

97 F350 Crew Cab LB 4x4 5 speed 3.55 320000 plus miles (parts truck)

I am literaly in his exact same situation. I just bought a 95 f350 4door 4wheel drive with a flat bed for 5000 and im wanting to do some upgrades just like him. how difficult is the down pipe swap? is that something that can be done in the driveway?
