Well, I finally bit the bullet and installed my DIY injector kit and Tony's chip. I've created a monster, I'm scared to see the smoke on a full pull on the extreme setting

After about 1/2 hour of freeway driving to purge out the air from everything, I looped around on an overpass, turned the chip up a notch, and dropped the hammer, the truck started to launch, then fell flat and lit up the CEL.

As you would expect, the dreaded P1211 code reared it's ugly head.
I know stage II's with the stock 15* pump can be iffy, and after digging through some 60 pages on here for a search of "HPOP" I still can't seem to find an answer.
Will Stage II's run happy with a 17* HPOP, or do I need to go to big oil?
Will the 17* HPOP directly bolt into a 96 truck, with no drain-back issues like I have heard about on 95's?
