What parts to use for new fuel system

Hello all,
I am working on a 97 7.3 project and trying to gather pieces for a new fuel system. Would like to delete fuel bowl and go new from tank to heads/injectors. I have seen the regulated return kits, efuel and air dog/fass setups. Looking for recommendations from experience on what to use. I don't have an unlimited budget for the build but don't mind spending if its worth it.
I came across an airdog setup that has an internal reulator, anyone have experience with that good or bad?

Search for DIY e-fuel for obs' several good write ups, most just go from the tank selector forward

Never used air dog but have heard good things,
