John wood or BTS???

Its time I do a valve body install on my Truck, I have seen both names tossed around but which one is most recommended? ready go!!!!

i am leaning toward john wood due to he has no core charge for 30 days and i am kinda broke so if i dont have to spend twice the money up front just to get it back then i am not going to.

I have a john woods trans in my 97 and a bts in my 99 and they are both good.. I like johns trans better becuz the shifts smoother but solid bts seems to knock you head back to hard
