Need 16" a little used Tires

I found where I can buy some 16" chrome rims 10" wide for $200 now need some Tires I have a new skyjacker " lift now traded my tires and stock wheels for hummer wheels 17" but had to cut the hole out bigger for the back Tires so I can't rotate them they have 315 wore out tires on them and rub if I turn real sharp without the lift on yet. I could keep them and get 17" tires and save some money but what do you all think? I'm just going through a midlife crises I think can't really afford to do any of it but alredy bought the kit now?
