its clean, price is a hair on the high side. I think it would look better without the 20" rims..

That's what a CCLB F350 would go for. This being an F250, I'd say $6-7K. Most of the "mods" are bling; you're paying for the seller's "taste". Wheels would be the first thing to go; they'll just make tire replacements down the road pointlessly expensive. The dude's looking for an OBS PSD with an E4OD (God help him...); maybe buy it for $7K, put some stock-ish wheels/tires on it, and when he finds his auto, sell the wheels/tires back to him....

Just do the math. How do the two trucks compare wrt.
* Mileage
* Service history
* Options
* Interior condition
* Useful mods
* RUST
?

If all of the above are comparable (or at least balance each other out), and he'll straight trade you, and you swap tires/rims so you each keep your own, go for it. It's way cheaper/easier than doing a tranny swap. You don't often find dudes wanting to go FROM a ZF5 to an autotragic.

Bonus - you trade a refrigerator white paint job for a nice two-tone.
