Beans recommends stage 2's or smaller but there are countless people running large hybrids on this turbo with out issue. You should be fine.

i have 160/100s, and a D66 with a WW2, and all the other mods. I feel that the turbo is very laggy and smokey until you get up in RPMs ~ 2100. on monday i am going to call beans and talk to them about a 1.0 housing to try and build boost lower and decrease some of the lag and the smoke.

once you get rolling though it is a whole lot of fun, i just don't spend much time above >2100 rpms

I have basically same setup as Terryknight. I am running 160/80s though. And I have a 1.0 gated housing on mine rather than the 1.15 UN gated. Im sure that it will handle 200cc up to some 238/100s... What boost numbers are you guys seeing on your setups?

I think I'm running out of fuel pressure under full load and an trying to figure out why my boost numbers are low.

I ordered a 1.0 housing today for the same reason, My truck is a beast over 21-2200rpms but is way to smokey in the lower rpms. I think the 1.0 housing will help. My egt's are a little high also. I'm blaming that on the turbo lag, it will cool down once I get some boost going. I think the 1.0 housing will help with that also...

i have hit 32 but normally i am shifting long before then. normally when i am high in the boost i am concentrating more on driving than the gauges

you HP wise? are you intercooled do you have e fuel? stage 2 injectors, normally 160/80s are capable of around 450 HP with the right supporting mods. 160/100s might net you a little more than that

Correct. With all of the supporting mods, proper tuning, 450 is no problem for stage 2's.
