Question 5 inch exhaust install

Hello, I recently just purchased a 5 inch full aluminum pipe with a 3'' downpipe. I have been poking around here and have not been able to find to much about installing a 5'' pipe. Are there any difficulties i will run into? Will i be able to keep my spare tire? I know the downpipe has its share of problems, but i am unsure as far as the rest of the exhaust. I have a 97' single cab long bed 2wd. Also i paid $305 for everything, is that an ok price? I couldn't seem to find one for cheaper. I will post up pictures of the install if you guys want. Thanks!

Great price, where did you find a 5" kit for an obs, and as far as install goes everyone I've seen they either found a way to move the spare over or carried it in the bed, good luck with yours I have rite at $300 in full exhaust on both my obs'

DP wise YES. But the rest of the exhaust should be a breeze/

Good price, I paid $360 for a 5" aluminized Diamond Eye kit. I have it sitting in my garage right now though, I haven't had but 3 days off in the last month and a half. Today I'm free and it's going in, besides the DP I don't see the install being much of a problem.

I purchased it from a website called wcpdiesel.com, i had never heard of them but i was price searching and came across a diamond eye full exhaust for $323, but they had a make an offer button and i threw in 300$ and it was accepted. I thought that was pretty neat! I couldn't seem to find one for cheaper so i went ahead and ordered it. here is the link...

Also are any of you around Fort Collins CO? I just moved in with my dad out here a few weeks ago and I am unsure of emissions testing out here. Where i came from there were no restrictions on diesels. I see trucks blowing smoke all the time out here but i have heard some contradicting things...

I had that DE 5" kit on one of my trucks, fit was good, as stated the DP is a biatch. I had my 5" installed in about 3 hrs by myself, laying in the driveway, all joints welded too. Its not to bad at all. Only difference might be that i had a 4x4 with 6" of lift sitting on 37's, which mad things a bit easier...
