How do you check stock injectors

I have been reading about how the HPOP works and the oil rings. I was wondering if there is a good test. I have 180K on my engine and I think they are the original injectors.

does the truck still run good? hard starts are a sign that you need new injector o-rings. lmk

I would change them anyway

The truck still runs good but is using oil. Does seem to have a gasket leak so I was wondering if it is burn oil. ie needs new o rings? Just wondering how long they last?
