new chip installed problem starting

well got my 6 position ts chip and first off the chip is weird.. cleaned all contacts extremely well and attached the chip and got everything wired all neat, but every time that i go to start the truck it wont start for about 3-4 try's..once it is running the chip is AWESOME. power is totally different, but once i shut it off... bad news.. also i changed the dial one time while driving and the truck just shut down, i wonder if there is something wrong with the chip...

any suggestions?

if i pull the chip the truck fires right up, doesnt even really crank but maybe one revolution..
