Its a mod where you relocate your block heater, some people remount it to there bumper.

check my glallery. I mounted one in my grille. Its not the morinco recepticle, but I'm preety sure you could do the same with the morinco.

I did that to if okay with drilling a hole in your bumper mine site in the bumper out of the way not bad for $19.95 at a boat supply ( 15 amp battery charger) check my gallery for photos
