I would go with a TS 6 performance chip if your truck is fairly stock. If you have major mods in mind go with Beans or PHP.

well i have all the normal little mods now intake,exhaust,3inch down pipe ect. I am going for 160/80 sticks real soon like as soon as i take mine out and then intercooler, efuel, d66 and a few other supporting mods and try to be done with this truck and i have read on here that a ts 6 and tw custom tunes is the way to go with our trucks but i would like to know some more about it and where to look into getting one from if thats gunna be best because i will have to re tune after a few things and the shop thats local to me is 150 bucks every time to write me new custom tunes

Do some checking around on the chips there are a few shops that once you buy them from them they will reburn them for free to match what you have on your truck. Look around the forums here and I'm sure you will find a shop that does that.

I'd hold off on Tony's Tuning, He has some personal issues going on, so he can't give you the time and customer service you would need right now...

I just got mine back from Gearhead Performance. So far much happier than the other tunes that were on the chip.

So you're saying that shipping my chip to him a week ago was a poor decision?

No, it might just take longer than other dedicated tuners. Might, maybe not.
