Cool Banks Big Hoss Module??

Has anyone here had any experience with these modules? I did some looking around on my truck the other day and found the sticker showing that a performance module that was CARB legal was installed on the truck. So i pulled the kick panel on the drivers side and looked behind the parking brake and low and behold there it was, plugged in to the PCM. I have no idea what level it was burned to. All I know is when I put my foot in it I can lay coal out the exhaust for at least a block or two, and that's going through the stock cat and muffler!! I have plans of putting a 4" exhaust system and a DIY Tymar intake on it very soon, that should really wake it up I hope.

Can the module be re-burned later on if I put in bigger injectors? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like it is an actual chip, which is nice, but i doubt it can be reburned. it would be better to order custom tunes that are for your truck and mods in particular. ive never known banks to make a product that can get the absolute most out of a truck....

I had an Ottomind chip installed in my 96.. I was SO impressed with it..
So when I bought my 99, I upgraded to the "Big Hoss" chip thinking it would be even better... UMMMM NO
Biggest waste of money I ever spent..
I do believe they can be reburned, but at the price Banks probably wants to do so, Probably better off going TS
