I read all the time about all the bad experiences that people have with shops but never the good. Well after dealing with Swamps I had to say something. I have been in the auto industry for a long time, (worked for Dodge 8+yrs before military) so I've had my fair share of empty promises, lies and misrepresentations. Swamps WAS awesome to deal with. They were very knowledgeable. They answered their emails promptly. My core charges were refunded in a timely manner. They treated me like a VALUED customer unlike most other company's in our field who act like we need them instead of they need us.
