Rear disc conversion??

So it's about time I do my brakes and I'm thinking I might as well convert the rears to discs while doing. I saw one other guy who did it but I forget what setup he used.

Anyone done this?

Remember his user name? Terryknight did a conversion on his stock rear, and another member used full sd rear axle with e series rotors and drilled hubs

i've done it with the blackbird customs kit. with the stock vacuum booster and MC i had to double pump them to fill the rear calipers, but with the new F-SD hydroboost and MC the brakes are awesome, the e brake not so much.
