Looking for more info on my 260cc's
I bought a 95 7.3 back in Feb of last year that has some mods done to it. I was told from the guy I bought the truck from that it has 260cc injectors. When I tracked down the guy that originally built the truck I asked him about them. He told me he got them from International and that they were out of an 11 liter motor.
Has anyone heard of this? The truck definitely has big injectors and I had planned to get them flow tested this winter to find out what they were but some stuff came up with my other truck so this truck got put on the back burner. I truck pull this 7.3 and it's definitely pushing a lot of fuel. I asked my friend (that runs one of the best diesel performance shops in my area) about it and he seems certain from watching this truck perform that it does have the 260's its supposed to have. I'm just getting into the performance side of 7.3s and dont know all too much yet. Any info/help on this kind of setup would be great!
