stage 2's vs stock lift pump

Will a stock mechanical lift pump support stage 2's for a little while?

There was a guy who ran that for a long time, as long as the pump is good and your tuner is aware that you still have the mechanical pump it can be worked with. You can turn a stage two injector down to not far above stock
