intercooler question

Just bought an interooler off of a 2001 7.3. What year spyder pipe do I need to find? Its going onto a 96 7.3.

thanks, I looked. I'm trying to get out as cheap as I can. If I can get the spyder pipe cheap, then I can order all the other from them. If not, I'll buy the kit from gts.

May I ask why you chose a used powerstroke cooler as apposed to an ATS cooler. It seems to me that both options after all expenses considered are close to the 1K range. I am also looking into installing a cooler on a 97 OBS truck.
Any advice or insight would be apriciated.

The SD IC is alot bigger. When I do it again, I am going with a 6.0 spearco IC.

What type of temp drop would you expect in either application. The ATS should drop 150* under heavy towing states ATS. Do you know how much drop do you expect from the SD IC?
