Barder turbo service

I ordered the 66mm do it yourself turbo kit from James last week. Showed up today. I got the machined compressor housing, 66mm compressor wheel, blank pedestal, and a gutted and machined ebv housing delivered for 820.00 bucks. The EBV housing is also machined out to a larger diameter. Stock one is 2.830 inside. New one is 2.904 inside. I have a extra turbo so the plan is to get this one all rebuild before I pull mine off. I already ran into a snag the center piece that the pedestal bolts to is broken. One of the four bolts is busted out. So now I am hunting for that now. James is a great guy to work. Cant beat the price. I will not get the turbo installed for a few weeks. I have stage ones ordered also. I want to get them installed and run the truck for a month or so. He asked for some feed back on the turbo results.

Sounds like a good deal too, what's the warranty? And will it accept the ww2 for the d66 and 38r?

From what I understand this turbo does not need a ww2. It comes with a billet wheel that has more fins on it and from what I have heard it moves more air than the ww2

Its not listed on his website. Just call him tomorrow. I have no idea about how it will clean up stage 2s. He did say that he has this turbo on trucks running hybrids so I would think it would do just fine with stage 2s.
