What kind of performance or difference would putting a 2001 17 HPOP on my 1995 F-250. Would it be worth $200 bucks and how hard is the install

It's bolt in. There may be a drain back issue with your 1995 and may have to update to a 1997-2003 reservoir. With your 90cc AA stock injectors, you will not get anything out of it until you put larger injectors. There are many threads about this.

I am also curious about this mod. I have read a ton of posts about this but what I can gather from it is I have to modify the componets on my 95 because the newer pumps don't have the check valve on them and the resevoir drains causing hard start ups after several days. Is there any way to get the 17* pump with the check valve so I dont have to make the mods. I'm not sure I like the idea of pluggin holes in the resevoir and drilling new ones.

Also interested in what is to be said about the bleed down... I believe there was another fellur on here not too long ago who put a 17* on his OBS w/o changing the reservoir and said he doesn't have any problems...

I sent Joey at Terminator Engineering an email asking about this issue. He told me he could convert a 17* pump componets to fit inside my 15* pump housing with the check valve and then I would not have to modify my resevoir or do any drilling. Not sure what I am going to do but this sounded like a good option.
