97 OBS parts list

Im new to the forum so dont go bashing. Ive looked for parts on tis forum and I dont really know what is needed. I have a 97 F350 srw obs reg cab 4wd. 7.3 with the zf-5 speed. I have already done the diy 6637 filter mod and I have the 4" turbo back exhaust. I have done the hpx crossover mod and the idm mod. Im looking for more towing power. This is a work truck not a race truck. What else do I need to have the ultimate towing vehicle to be able to pull my 35' fifth wheel through the mountains with no problems

Once you decide to get tunes, gauges should be ordered at the same time.

More fuel makes more power. OBSs outside of the '97 Cali's had the smallest injectors in the powerstrokes. Chips are a lot less expensive than adding fuel and air but 90cc injectors are still 90cc injectors. Justin can set you up with tunes that will use what you got to the fullest but like he said gauges are important to watch what's going on in there.

You have the 5-speed so I'd go EGT, Boost, and Fuel Pressure. If you pick up a 4 shot pillar mount then I would also consider a HPOP pressure gauge but that may be overkill. I tow a lot. We will fight all day long on Brands.

Thoughts group?

Don't take my word for it just yet. Others may have other opinions too.
