injector size questions and brands

Hey everyone i got a 95 with the zx 4:10s and about to have 22s and 40s ive been looking at injectors already orderd a air dog fuel kit has front mount and ordered a d66 i run water meth im looking for injectors ive looked at swamps beans and industrial injection so im wondering what size im looking for around 450 to 500 hp range i know in some cases thts on the edge of the d66 so advice would be great

First off trash that edge and get a custom tuned TS 6 position chip with custom tunes from Tony Wildman, Swamps, Beans, Gearhead, or Power Hungary Performance. And b4 i go making recommendations on injectors we need to know what mods u plan on doing and what u will need to do. What are your plans for the truck?? Auto or 5 speed?? 500hp on 40s will need some serious suspension upgrades to keep the power on the ground and not wrap the axle around itself.

For 500hp u will need (check off if u have it)
- gauges (pyro, boost, trans temp for auto, fuel pressure is good to have too)
- custom tuned chip to match what u have done
- 3" down pipe and full exhaust, my DP recommendation will be one from TYMAR peformance
- intake (diy is fine, or order a kit from dale at TYMAR performance)
- electric fuel conversion, i know u have an air dog but they are not the greatest kits for our trucks and especially not to feed 500hp. They are a good pump for a low pressure high volume but our trucks require high pressure high volume... call Marty's Diesel for a great full kit.
- intercooler install (diy with a superduty 7.3 intercooler will work fine or a BANKS kit)
- HFHV IDM from SWAMPS
- good high pressure oil pump (stealth srp1.1, adrenaline, T500)
- injectors, 450hp= stage2 160cc/100% or 200cc/30% hybrids..... 500hp 238cc/100% or 80%
- turbo depends on what hp u decide. For 450hp do a beans Dominator 66 which is a drop in replacement or from industrial injection... 500hp will require a moded hypermax H2E, or a T4 up pipe replacement with a S466 or 468 sitting on top.
- u will deffentaly need a good set of traction bars to hold it on the ground! Pick your poison there.
- transmission upgrade (clutch for stick) (fully built trans for auto)

Okay what i have done or ordered.
Truck lifted 12 inches custom 4 links front and rear on semi bags
I have snow water meth use them for pyro a boost i have fuel pressue hpop pressue also
Custom 6637 cold air
3 inch dp 5 inch exhaust 8inch stack
Its a 5speed with a new flywheel and twin dish clutch from south bend
Has air lockers front rear and strange axles
Has a fresh built bottom end with corilla rods mahl pistons all arp hardwrar
Heads have been flowed and used arps
Has stealth srp1.1
Belowed up pipes
Whole frame is boxed
Has a hypermax frontmount with cryo fogger
I ordered air dog an a d66 but i may send them back im really aiming for 500 hp or more

Im waiting to order a wildman chip. Just waiting on injector size. And idk where you got tht i had a pos edge at lol

Sounds like your off to a good start. 238/100s will. Put u at that 500hp mark they are 1600 from rosewood diesel ... they are 1800 from full force BUT they are the same price as 250/200s from full force so why not. Then u always have more ful and can have tony tune them to the size u want. U can also get them from SWAMPS, or unlimited diesel.

Yes it is kinda a dd i drive it 3 or 4 days a week. And too be honest guys ive been thinking of building a coumpound set up. My bottomend and heads id say will take alot. And i have my cc to daily drive. This is my toy but i still drive it all over.

Well this week i decided to go for broke so i ordered irate diesels e fuel setup along with their s468 t4 setup upgraded all possible options and got everything ceramic coated also got plenums i ordered full force 250/200% injectors now heres my question the customer service lady with irate couldent tell me if i had to run a waste gate with their set up. So do you guys know if i do?

I love how your ordering things this quickly, its awesome. Most people have a budget, yours seems to be non existent. Very jealous! !

If there setup doesn't come with a waste gate, I don't think there is one. I am not familiar with the s468, except its 3grand

I'm interested in the uppipes. how much? I have my tranny out. good time to put them in.
