Not sure about this programmer need help!

has anybody seen a programmer like this one. i have never heard of it.
It says its for a 98-03 7.3 but the original owner was running it in the truck. is that ok? the truck is a 97 F350 7.3. Any input would be helpful.

'i think thats one of those crappy 30 dollar ebay "programmers" i would never use that on my truck.

ive heard of Dr. performance, its actually one step up from the 30 dollar ebay programmer lol get rid of it and get good tuning, your truck will thank you

i've seen that before. it's better than you guys give credit for but there is much better technology out there for very little money that will do less damage to your engine.

i think all of that stuff from 10 years ago was based on smoke=power
