TS Chip selector plate

So I've had a ts chip for about a year and I was browsing around to see where i should get it reburned and I saw on a website somewhere that was selling ts chips and they had a metal plate that went behind the knob when you mounted it that was engraved with the position it was in. I was wondering if anyone knew where to get it because i totally forgot where i saw it and cannot find it, or if someone on here makes them or has a write up on what they used. thanks
