(by the way the chip WILL b a Wildman). Im open to any and all coments
If I were you I would get the chip from Tony before I bolted a turbo to my truck. I think you will like driving the truck with just the chip on there, and when you realize that you want some fuel injectors (it will happen sooner or later) then would be the time to get an aftermarket turbo for the truck. You could get the turbo now, no body says you can't, but the chip would be the better choice I think... oh and make sure you got some gauges too.

I agree with the above to a point. Without an intercooler, once you get a chip... EGT's may be difficult to handle when\if you put injectors on top of that. You'll want to push more air in my opinion. Gauges are a must and a downpipe help go a LONG way to help your engine flow better. I would ditch the muffler and straight pipe it or get a GOOD performance muffler. Your 3.5in system will be fine. There are MANY schools of thought and eventually everyone gets to the same point, just in a different order. I would read as much as you can before throwing money at the engine. There is a TON of great info floating around!

k, just wonderin cause a buddy of mine has twin's and a 90hp chip in his "dog" (dodge) and is runin 450hp @ 60 Lbs of boost. he is convinced that it is almost all just the turbos. so im thinkin that thease trucks just need to breath better

you wont make big HP numbers without the fuel, plain and simple. Air is great for our trucks.... but it doesn't combust like diesel lol.

i had my dominator 66 blow up after a few days, the compressor housing came apart. I was getting around 32 psi of boost with the first one before it blew. then they shipped me a new one and im lucky to see 25 psi now.

What is your wastegate set for? If you have your wastegate set for 25psi... then it will only build 25lbs. You should be able to set that turbo up for 38psi easy with your mods.

I would call Bean and see what he has to say about your situation, because it doesnt sound right.

Think your up-pipes are leaking? Do you have any sign of soot on the firewall where the up-pipe donuts would go? Just trying to think of any places you could have a leak.
