PHP customer service

Hey guys well I've been dealing with PHP the last couple days and I just wanted to give you guys an update on the support guys (jay) frankly he provides horrible customer service I had simply asked him why they charge so much more to have your chip reburnt to benefit new mods (with out changing any tunes) when company such as tony Wildman had free reburns. He was very disrespectful and I'm going to talk to Corey or bill hopefully today about this because this is something I don't believe they would put up with especially since they have always provided such amazing customer service so just a little for warning before talking to jay btw I'm not saying anything bad about PHP as a company I love my tunes there strong and reliable but if this is how I'm going to be treated just trying to get some answers about a couple of question then I will take my business and money else where

I spoke to a woman there earlier today, Ashley I think is her name, very excellent to speak with, said my truck wasn't heavy modified tho but very nice and helpful, hopefully someone will have a chat and can help you out here

The reason TW, gearhead, swamps, beans, ect... have free reburns is also the reason their chips are 425/450 to purchase. PHP lowers the price of their chip to 295 but charges to reburn. For a person who never plans on modifying their truck with bigger injectors and such, PHP is the way to go. If u are constantly making changes then go with the others..... OR.... get the new PHP hydra chip which is awesome!

Well I paid 450 for this chip if I remember right and what's the difference in the hydro chip? And the pheniox

the pheniox is a regular 6 position, a hydra can hold 15 tunes from all from different tuners if you so choose and it is email, downloadable to a thumb drive and then download it onto you hydra. so u can reflash you tunes without sendng back your chip
