500 HP Goal OBS
Okay so I am finally getting possession back of my 96 this coming week. I have made some changes in plans for the truck as well as my Super Duty and I now plan to make this a play truck. My goal is 500 HP over the next several years. Here are my plans, just looking for positive or negative feedback or opinions or better ideas etc. The truck has the following already done: 6637 intake, 3" DP to 4" straight pipe, ISSPRO EV2 Pyro/Boost/Trans temp, PHP Phoenix 6 position chip, and a built E4OD. Here is the list of things I plan to start with:
E-Fuel Intercooler Swamps IDM Head studs Valve springs Push rods 238/100's Modded H2E SRP1.1 Custom tunes from PHP or BDP, will worry about that when the time comes. What do you guys think? Will I make my 500 HP goal? I know I will need trans work eventually and plan on a BTS. The trans was already built with a Billet triple disc torque converter, tru-cool max trans cooler, vb work, shift kit, and upgraded internals. I know its no BTS but I will run what I have until it blows then through a BTS at it. Thanks for any info you guys can give me. -Tim |

Should make it as long as it gets enough fuel, and make sure to explore turbo options to get the best setup

Either way the recipe should make it to 500

Right on. Someone suggested I go bigger on the injectors, but don't see the need if I can get there with these.

That 044 will feed 250/200s...plenty big enough on fuel. Your build looks solid, have fun! Id go with the s400 frame turbo. Like a 465 or 466

I have heard the 465 and 238's are a good combo. Good to know for the fuel pumps. Thanks for the reply!
