Trans Build
Looking to save up for a torque converter and I think ATS will get my business due to the 5yr 500,000 mile warranty. what is the huge difference between the 3 and 5 disk TC. I use my truck for towing but will be doing an injector swap and giving it a little more pep. Any other suggestions to keep my trans running for a long time? truck only has 127,000 on it

You wont want a super strong TC with a totally stock trans.
And this is just my opinion, I wont use ATS anything |

Your best bet is a billet triple disc and a VB from bts or jw. How many miles on your trans? Sent from my SPH-L710 using AutoGuide App |

A good TC and VB would do u good and change the fluid out regularly,

I would go with a roadmaster tc with bts valve body if your not gonna be highschool drivin the truck that set up should suit you well
