Ok guys so my question is do you think a set of 238/100 would spool a Borg warner 83mm 1.10 vband turbo and what kind of mount and how hard would it he to install and estimated horse power

With the 1.10 AR housing i expect you will have some issues spooling the turbo. Probably won't be building much boost until 2200 rpm or so. Going with a .90 AR housing you will have better spool and street driving characteristics. At that injector size, a S366 may be a better match for street drive-ability.
The turbo mount is a T-4 style flange. Irate Diesel sells a great T-4 style mount for our trucks.
As far as horsepower goes, 238/100's and that turbo should put you in the 425 range depending on tuning.

That will be a really laggy truck, you really need to stick to a 66ish inducer. With 250s I still know a 72mm is going to be laggy when I go to one. You have to remember that you have to factor in the weight difference of the compressor wheel too, a 72mm compressor will weigh more than a 66 making it harder to spool.
