97 to a 01 turbo swap help

Alright, doing a swap with a 7.3, Ive got a turbo setup off a 01'. From the looks of it the mounting bracket is the same, but the exhaust side is different and the new one is vacuum controlled instead of electric. Will this swap over if i use the exhaust piping from the 01? I already and the turbo setup removed from the 97 and the 01 setup sitting on a table. i do have access to a parts truck at a junk yard. thanks.

The mount, turbo, plenims, up pipes, and drivers side manifold are different, you will need all of that bud, and you have to intercool your truck if it is not already
