Truck is a 96 F30 2x4 Crew Cab Dually

This truck is used by me locally. Pulling and driving. I do not want to do anthing crazy to it...

Air intake? Where is th write up on the DIY?

Do I need to change the thermostat with a diffrent one?

DIY intake like you said and
Free flowing exhaust and a3"down pipe would help most.
Thermostat doesn't need anything different.
A valve body and trans cooler for an auto trans is a good idea.

I made my Samsung SGH-I997 send this.

Transmission temp gauge, Pyrometer, Fuel pressure gauge, boost gauge (optional, but fun to watch).

One of the best intro mods I did was simple but a bit expensive: Aeroforce Interceptor gauge. Google it. It's one of the handiest little things in my truck. If nothing else it can read and clear codes, so the potential for it to pay for itself is there.
