Question Missing part hard to find.

Ok, on my new to me 1995 Ford F-350 7.3 liter PS is missing a part.
To my surprise. It was missing the air filter. Put one in but also found out that it is missing entirely the air breather tube that goes from just over the driver side headlight over the driver side battery and into the stock air filter housing.

Any ideas where I can find this part cheep? They are no longer available from Ford and it is not an International part. Local junk yards...sold their last one to someone up in New York State.

Budget won't allow for an aftermarket cold air intake system at this time.
And I don't think making one out of cardboard and duct tape is a good idea.

I would presume that not having it can reduce my torque a little due to pulling in hot air from around the engine rather than cool air from outside.

Thanks.

Do you have a photo of the part or at least a drawing? Want to make sure looks at least close to the right part.
Thanks. Very interested.
