Best IDM (Ebay, Ford, Napa, etc?)

So I'm trying to find the best fit price of my budget of $150, going to put a 1999-2003 IDM in the 97 for an upgrade. Has anyone bought an IDM off of Ebay and who from there are a few guys that rebuild them?

Swamps is certainly the way to go, you can order directly from swamps or right now vision diesel has a few in stock ready to go.... From what he guys a swamps say that even tho there's 2-3 different voltage levels for the stock ones made all them pretty much put out the exact same thing and most of the time people only notice a difference if their original version is worn out and not workin correctly..
