94.5 F350 wake up!

A few months ago I bought a 7.3 cc/lb dually for my wife because she wanted a truck like mine (03.5 xc/lb). Well now that my truck is in the shop getting a new rear axle I have inherited her truck till mine is fixed. The problem is that it is probably the slowest truck I have ever driven. I have already done the napa filter and I installed stacks as per her request but it really didn't do anything to help it out. Also I have noticed that it doesn't soot at all? I figured it would at least a little bit in stock form. Maybe I am wrong?

More on the truck, it is a 7.3 DI crew cab, long bed, 5 speed. It came with a straightpipe exhaust and a 5th wheel, and then I added stacks and a better filter. Also as soon as I upload some pics of it I will post it on here. It's the Choo Choo Customs edition.

It has the stock down pipe and 4.10 gears. I plan on the down pipe being done but haven't got to it yet.

Stock OBS's won't smoke much/at all till you get bigger injectors and some tunes.
