Thats why you contact a third party and not the tuner themselves. They've all got 3million jackasses from the 3,000 different powerstroke forums trying to call them all day long, every day.

I ordered my beans chip thru Jake @ whites diesel performance in florida. MY order was delayed a week due to beans live tuning @ his shop, so jon made my chip up right after the live tune session.
