Are there any kind of performance mods you cando to a 7.3 with the turn of a wrench and not buying a thing? See I'm a 12v Cummins guy and now I'm stuck in a Ford and hate it this truck has no balls compared to my Cummins

Sure buy another 12v dodge and sell the Ford to someone that appreciates a darn good truck.

Word of advice, if you come on a FORD forum, don't bash it won't give a good vibe and you wont get any nice advice.

FYI, I don't think there are any "free" performance mods to 7.3's
