Anyone ever install energy suspension leaf bushings?
I bought the rear leaf poly kit. There are 2 sizes(2 big ones and 4 smaller)but the lower rear shackle looks even smaller. Before I take the springs out anyone done or used this kit before? Thanks! BTW, heres a pic how its turning out.

Just did it yesterday. It wasn't too bad. One of the center steel bushings required reaming, but the others fit quite well. I did rear spring hangers, shackles, and bushings at the same time.

I have done them on the truck using a torch (small propane or mapp)
the pressed bushings will squirt out when hot enough otherwise a press is good but holding a spring horizontal will need a helper |

OK, its seems either Daystar or energy suspension makes the kit. Thanks! I'll work on taking pics so maybe it can help someone in the future.

Figures I have a problem.
The shackle arn't OEM and look to be made by Dorman. Their is no metal sleeve on the bushing with these and its smaller than the 35mm needed for the poly bushings. Anyone run into this issue? I really wanted to intall all the poly bushings! The others in the leafs fit perfect........
