I have the new riffraff fooler. It bleeds anything off after 23 psi supposedly... I have the Ts 6 position with swamps tunes for the 230cc injectors.

Any help let me know. Thank you in advance

Hook it to shop air supply and a gauge on the other end and see if it really is holding off at 23psi. Otherwise turn the regulator down more one pound at a time to see when/if there is a point at which the truck doesn't de-fuel any more.

You did check that the regulator was installed in the correct direction, right?
