Got my filter and exhaust pipe, just waiting on the t-clamp. A few quick questions, does the exhaust only go down into the filter where it hits the slight rubber lip, or should I have the pipe go further into the filter? What about on the air hose? (I haven't checked out how far down it can go inside, but is there a desired length?) Lastly, does the filter need to be secured, or just let it hang loose?

Let the filter hang loose. The exhaust piping only has to go in far enough do clamp onto the filter.
