Will a 5 inch F250 Down pipe work on a E350?
I have a 95 E350 with the 7.3 and was looking to purchase a 4-5 inch down pipe and then make my own exhaust from the down pipe back. Does anyone know if this will work?

3" is a bit of a pain to install... 4" is a *****. 5" I would go to say, is impossible.

i would just keep the 3" DP and run a reducer from 3 to 5".
there is no need for a 4 or 5" DP nor do you need it. and they dont make them. |

Have a 7.3 psd 00 model and considering the same as i did the same mod's as Norcal ,( except the chip) to a few f350's and made quite an improvement. The EBPV delete is quite different, altho recommended. Seems like the factory is a 2 3/4 diameter if that's correct, might have a welder friend of mind custom fit a 3 1/2 or 4" dp as he has a pipe bender as well. there are 4" E350 Diamond Eye 4" downpipes for the E350 on Ebay right now for $127.50 with free shipping. Diamond Eye is the best brand that i've found for a downpipe psd application.
