More power and better mpg's. Yes you can, but I just stick with good tuning. These trucks lock up at like 35-40mph as it is. The only time a lockup switch would be good is when using the ebpv as an exhaust brake w/ a 3way.

Not the only time. Yes, a tune can be written after a lot of tweaking to lock like you want, but a switch is faster and on demand. I've needed it going up a steep grade in 2nd gear. if not, I woulda burnt the trans up.

Yeah I'll try and get you the right wire to ground out for lockup switch. Exhaust brake it easy. I ran a 3 way switch. One pole connects to battery. One connects to PCM side of the grey with white stripe(I think) wire in ebpv harness and other pole goes to ebpv side. One is manual control and other lets the PCM do what it wants.

So what i need to do is take that grey and white wire and cut it and the put both side of it on to the three way switch?

Yep or if you don want to have the PCM ever control it run a two way switch.
