turbo ?'s

im possibly looking to do some kind of turbo mods or change. im not looking to build a 500hp truck or anything but would like to get a little bit more boost. so what kind of options do i have and what kind of costs? thanks

To get more boost, u need more fuel. Ure stock turbo is a perfect turbo for stage one injectors. So unless u put a smaller turbo on to get more boost and actually downgrade ure performance. Leave ure turbo on there and upgrade the injectors.

^ all true. These aren't superchargers they are exhaust driven. More exhaust, more drive. You can lower your working range by swapping in a smaller turbine housing but remember all that your doing is changing when the boost comes on in RPM's. You'll still make about 27psi on the high end due to turbo choke. I swapped to a 1.0 housing a long time ago and changed the boost roll on from about 1900rpm's to 1400rpm's. I normally drive like an old lady so this kept me in my preferred power range with no smoke on moderate acceleration.
