what shift kit and mods for the e4od

Im pulling my trans out to put in a tripple disk billet converter and been looking at old threads and leaning towards doing the full transgo tugger kit.
I also read something about a reverse spring and upgraded torque converter spring but am not sure if the transgo kit replaces it already. I have done the transgo kit in my old trans and it works well but now im looking to throw more power at it and wanna make an attempt to make this rebuild last. Any recomendations welcomed
Thanks Mark

I've heard that kit is great, but I've heard the BTS or John Woods shift kit is even better.

BTS moded valve body for the win..... they use a tugger shift kit but modify it a little and modify the VB a little to match. $250 after core return for the BTS.. dont know what ure lookin to spend. And talk to BTS about the springs as they would be the ones that would know. I have no idea
